When your stomach grumbles our chef will be delighted to welcome you to the “Enklave” restaurant with some very special culinary delights– a refined mix of Mediterranean, South Tyrolean and local dishes – always using fresh ingredients and, where possible, regional produce. The chef is also happy to provide his expert advice on wines and grappas to accompany the different dishes.
